Rachel's Massage Sessions
Massage and bodywork are a great way to generate healing and clear away emotional, physical and energetic blockages. I love to work in this way, it can be an incredibly relaxing and energising way to manage stress, release pain and tension and achieve mind body balance. Your well being is my ultimate goal.
I am trained and fully qualified in Massage, Reiki, and have certificates & knowledge in Kinesiology and other physically focused modalites that can help you to balance and relax your body.
Massage Therapy is available for half hour, one hour or ninety minute sessions and you can combine your reading and /or energy healing with massage for a truly divine experience.
(Oh, and don't worry I am a strong massuer and I can work out those knots no matter what your build and you decide the pressure level of your massage!)
