Are you A Sensitive?
Many sensitive people do not understand what is happening to them and they tend to believe that something is wrong. When I tell a client that they are sensitive they are often relieved and excited to discover that they are not at fault and that what they are dealing with is easy to manage and correct. Sensitive people tend to share common characteristics that can seem to make their situation worse but are clues to their life's purpose and the gifts that they possess. All sensitives are born with a unique set of tools it is just that someone forgot to give them the manual!
Here are some questions to help you to define whether you are sensitive:
- Do you regularly experience strong reactions and a high sensitivity to anger and other emotions?
- Do you have intolerances, allergies or negative reactions to certain foods and drinks including processed, unnatural foods or those high in sugar or caffeine?
- Do you react to chemicals in cleaning products?
- Do you get headaches and tiredness from false lighting or computers?
- Have you felt overwhelmed or ill in busy shopping centres and airports?
- Do you feel drained, sad or elated depending on the energy of the people you interact with?
- Can you sense the emotional or physical symptoms of others in your own body?
- Do you cry easily?
- Do you experience dejavu or goosebumps without knowing why?
- Have you experienced feeling unwell or emotional in certain buildings or when you are with certain people?
- Do you yearn to spend time alone?
- Do you regularly feel fatigued or emotional with out knowing why?
- Have you sensed vibes from animals, locations, spiritual beings or inanimate items?
- Do you have intuitive nudges about people that turn out to be correct?
- Is it challenging to decipher between your feelings and thoughts, fears and intuitive guidance?
- Do people regularly share their problems and life stories with you?
- Are children and animals attracted to you?
- Do you have trouble untangling your emotions and opinions from those around you?
- Do you dislike violent movies and media?
- Do you have trouble making decisions?
- Have you been told you are "too emotional" or "over sensitive"?
- Do you regularly ride an emotional rollercoaster?
If you answered yes to most of these questions, you are definitely a sensitive and would benefit from some help in managing and protecting your energy. If it was yes to about half of these then you are probably experiencing an opening of your intuition and sensitivity and the exercises in this book will help you to do this painlessly and relatively easily. Even if only a few questions rang true for you then this book will help you to learn to develop your own sensitivity, intuition and healing abiltiy. The techniques here are ideal for everyone who is interested in becoming a more connected, sensitive and aware individual and help you to understand others who experience sensitivity. (Such as the Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow children and adults).
