“Ascension” is a word used to describe the spiritual evolution of the planet and its inhabitants. The Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Children are the evidence and agents of this change. The Light Workers, and divine beings are assisting by holding the loving energy, and acting as a beacon for those that need healing.

This is a time of great healing and there are powerful energy surges and undercurrents forcing change and growth.

Many of us are affected by these energy surges.

Some symptoms include: noticing an increase in our awareness, finding we have a strong drive to change or pursue our life passions, an increase in interest in spiritual subjects, urges to move home or leave relationships, change jobs, change diet, travel. We find our thoughts manifesting much more quickly and whether these manifestations are positive or negative depends on our mindset!

In simple terms, the energy of humankind is lightening up, becoming more spiritually sensitive and connected. We are developing away from negative and unhealthy behaviours and remembering that we are whole and what we do to each other and the planet we do to ourselves.

With in this process of healing we of course have to release the old toxic behaviours and beliefs that do not serve us as a whole and individually. This may manifest as crisis, disaster or pain whereby the negativity shows itself, and a choice is offered to release or change the behaviour/belief/situation. Environmental disasters, ill health, painful relationships, sudden loss, and depression: pressing powerful feelings that cannot be ignored.

If you are going through something like this right now then please call upon your Angels to help you through, and to guide you to the next step. They will keep you from going into fear, and clearly see the blessings in your situation.

Miracles and growth await you on the other side of this. This negative situation could be all that is in the way of you living a joyful, effortless existence!

This is a powerful time especially for Light Workers, Indigo and Crystal Children; their sensitive energies can be affected by the pitch and swell of change. Many of us have agreed to process the changes with the planet and therefore can suffer from unexplained fatigue and nagging symptoms. It is very important to ground and protect your energy and stay centred in love.
