There are many signs that your energy requires clearing, protection, and grounding: 

Many people find that they have a strong sensitivity to the energy and emotions of other people around them. These "sensitive's"  often do not realise to what degree this is effecting them and can become very confused, drained or clogged with too much energy.They may try to manage their feelings with addictions and have difficulties with relationships and career.

A sensitive body will respond to foods and beverages, material from television, internet and other media, frequencies in the atmosphere, electromagnetic energy from electronics, pollutants in cleaning products, pesticides, medicines, and drugs.

As sensitive beings, we can to tune into and absorb emotions and energy from people, places and items. This is a wonderful gift of intuition, empathy, and healing, but without awareness can have crippling effects.

Depending on the individual and the level of sensitivity, absorbing negative energy from a depressed or angry person could leave a sensitive person feeling: heavy, depressed, angry, ill, tired, emotional, even in physical pain.

Many light workers are natural counsellors and can encounter this situation many times in their lifetime. A build up of this toxic energy could lead to all sorts of negative outcomes.

Most people are receiving signals from their senses which they do not understand or know how to control. Many have learned to switch off from this sensitivity to ignore or override it to the point that they do not even hear or feel the reactions. In many cases, this inner wisdom has been ignored in favour of other impulses and authorities.
For instance, a person might feel uncomfortable or unwell when they eat sugary foods but craves them addictively for an energy boost. The craving and belief that the sugar will create energy has replaced the intuitive guidance that this is unhealthy for the body. The person might ignore the sugary highs and lows and may eventually develop diabetes or other disorders.

Highly sensitive intuitive people are unable to ignore pain and signals in or around them. They listen to the higher self to make decisions. Your higher self is your true self who is always connected to God and the Angels. It will never guide you to an unhealthy or negative situation or action.

Unfortunately most sensitives are literally in the dark about their intuitive signals. Learning simple processes to clear, protect, and manage their own energy can open up this amazing tool and set them firmly on their life's path!
